More than 275 participants of Western Railway (WR) from Headquarter office and various divisions including Mumbai Central, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Rajkot and Ratlam participated in the 34th Annual Officers’ Sports Meet.

The event was held at Mumbai from February 10 to February 12, 2012.
The sports competition was held in Badminton, Table Tennis, Tennis, Squash, Carom, Chess, Swimming and Soft Ball Cricket. Headquarters office and Vadodara division were adjudged joint winners of Overall Championship. Ratlam division received Runner up Trophy.
Mahesh Kumar, General Manager, Western Railway, was the Chief Guest for the Prize Distribution function held on February 12, 2012, while the sports meet was inaugurated on February, 2012 by Deepak Gupta, Addl. General Manager, Western Railway.
