


Looking at the huge response generated by the Auto Expo 2012, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has decided to sell Auto Expo tickets at 26 stations.
The event is already started, but will be open for General Public January 7, 2012. The tickets will be available at select Metro stations which include interchange stations and terminal stations of all lines.
The tickets will be sold from the Customer Care Centers of these stations. Linewise stations are:
Line-1: Dilshad Gadren, Shahdara, Kashmere Gate, Inderlok, Rohini West and Rithala
Line-2: Jahangirpuri, Vishwavidyalaya, Rajiv Chowk, Central Secretariat and HUDA
City Centre
Line-3/4: Vaishali, Anand Vihar, Noida City Centre, Pragati Maidan, Barakahamba,
Karol Bagh, Rajori Garden, Janakpuri West, Moti Nagar, Uttam Nagar East
and Dwarka Sec-9
Line-5: Mundka
Line-6: Badarpur, Govindpuri and Lajpat nagar
The ticket sale timings on January 7, & 8, 2012 will be from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM whereas on January 9, 10 & 11, 2012, the timings will be from 12:00 Noon to 05:00 PM only.
The cost of the tickets for general public on weekend i.e, 7th & 8th January 2012 Sat/Sun) will be Rs 200/- and on weekdays i.e, 9th, 10th and 11th January 2012, the tickets will cost Rs. 500/- for Business Hours (10:00 AM to 01:00 PM) and Rs 150/- for General Hours (01:00 PM to 08:00 PM).
Business Hour Tickets will be only available at Pargati Maidan from 9am noon to 12 noon on January 9, 10 and 11, 2012.
Only current day tickets can be bought from these stations and no advance tickets will be available.
